• Shop Updates

    Our shop updates every 1st and 15th of the month at 12PM PST. Items are limited and first come first serve. We’re sorry but we are not responsible for any “cart jacking” as it is out of our control. Many items are one of a kind and may or may not be reproduced in the future.

  • Custom Orders

    Due to the handmade nature of our items, custom orders take up to five (5) weeks to produce before shipping. Custom orders are final sale and will not be refunded for any reason. If a custom order is returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address, you will be contacted and required to purchase additional shipping to have the item shipped again.

  • Shipping

    Currently we are only able to ship to the US. We plan to have international shipping available soon. Sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate the support and patience. If you would like to order from outside the US please contact us here.

    All orders will be posted within 2 business weeks of being purchase. Please be patient as we are only one artist and their partner lending assistance. We are unable to control shipping speeds once a package has been handed to the carrier. Due to the Covid-19 situation, some mail is still currently delayed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.

    You can track your order with your account. Tracking numbers become active as soon as your package has been posted. If your tracking number appears inactive it is because your shipping label has been printed but the package has not yet been delivered to the mail carrier and will be posted soon.

    You may purchase additional insurance on a package by contacting us immediately after an order is placed. Additional fees may incur and vary based on insurance amount.

  • Refunds and Returns

    Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns.

    Refunds on fulfilled orders of physical items will only be issued if the item is successfully returned to us due to undeliverable addresses. You will not be refunded any shipping costs. Please make sure your address is correct as we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses. Refunds will be processed once the item is back in our possession.

    All pattern sales are final. Due to the digital nature of patterns we cannot refund any pattern purchases. Please carefully read all product descriptions as we are not responsible for accidental purchases of patterns instead of finished physical items.

    Lost order claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original postage date. Beyond this time frame we will be unable to help you.

  • Account Access

    We are unable to retrieve your account information for you. We highly recommend you save your information externally. If you need help with an order and are unable to access your account you can contact us with your name, email, order number, and date of purchase and we will see what we can do.
